| Southern N.H. Concrete Completes N.H. D.O.T. Bridge in Epsom, NH! |
| Southern New Hampshire Concrete spent this summer teamed up with Earth Mechanics to tackle our first D.O.T. bridge for the town of Epsom. We used A.H. Harris designed beam support system to support our form work across the river. The project consisted of two concrete abutments formed and placed with a retaining wall attached at the end. The job was completed right on time in a short two months! We would like to thank N.H. D.O.T., Earth Mechanics, Redimix Concrete, Harmac Steel, A.H. Harris, and all of our employees for all their hard and quality work on this project. We look forward to and are extremely excited for future bridge projects. |

| "Cottages of Durham" Student Housing Project Wrapping up! |
| We are wrapping up the final few of a total of 96 cottages. They will be used for student housing for the University of New Hampshire (U.N.H.) beginning in 2012. Through the spring we have had a huge crew down in Durham, NH helping construct "The Cottages of Durham, NH" with Cottage Builders out of Alabama. We have thoroughly enjoyed working alongside Cottage Builders, Severino Trucking and the Town of Durham, NH during the past 9 months to complete this tremendously impressive project. In total, we will have constructed footings, foundations, and slabs for 96 Cottages totaling over 500 bedrooms (not to mention the huge clubhouse and several outdoor fire pits)! | Click Here for NEW PICTURES 5/7/12 Over the next two months we will be on the waterfront of Lake Winnipesaukee constructing a 15,000 sq ft foundation! The project includes a 7,000 sq ft base slab of 30 inches thick and 12' high walls with several radius walls. Check out the pictures for our huge pour. We look forward to working alongside Pecora Brothers and Hiltz Construction on this project and would like to thank Harmac Steel and Persons Concrete for supplying the rebar and concrete for the project.
