This project started with 2 elevator pits installed then rock anchors were installed every 10’ to be cast in 24” base slab for the lower-level parking slab. Then we placed the first lift of walls 12’ high x 16’ thick and then the second lift of walls were 14’ high. We installed 76 anchor bolt settings and 7800 lbs. of embedded plates.

We hired SL Chasse to lower our pump truck into the hole so we could use 2 pumps to reach the other side of the building. Then after steel erection we installed the 2 ramps to the parking garage underneath and slab on deck.
