It also had a 12” base slab heavily reinforced which acted as the exterior footings as well. A waterproofing system was installed under the base slab and up the foundation walls. The basement walls were 12’ high with stone shelves installed. We installed 23 anchor bolt settings and 2200 lbs of embed plate.
